Season Dates for 2009:

Peak season: April 4 - April 17 and June 27 - Sept 11.
High season: April 18 - June 26 and Sept 12 - Oct 2.

The two-bedroomed apartment, which sleeps six and forms part of the Private House Rental, can also be rented independently (subject to availability ... please enquire for rates).

Private House Rate applies to 14 persons (or those persons listed on the booking form), extra people are charged at £70 per person per week up to a maximum of 17 people. Permission must be sought from the owners if any guests' visitors stay at the property during the rental and a charge may be made at the discretion of the owners. The owners may be resident on site within the confines of the estate, for all or part of the rental period. Payment made on-line or by UK cheque is preferred, however payment can be made via PAYPAL. All Paypal fees to be paid by the renter.

Prices are subject to change at the owners' discretion and are listed in Sterling. Please see conversion chart for other currencies.

25% deposit required on booking.

Refundable security deposit required.
